APSMA’s industry briefings are designed to enhance your knowledge of key markets and equip you to more effectively position and market your firm’s services.
The first industry briefing for 2010 is focused on the economies of China and India.
From education to exports, IT to immigration, the super economies of China and India are having an increasing impact at all levels of the Australian business sector. Whether you’re working with a global network or a state-based organisation – you or your clients will increasingly interact with these new economic powerhouses.
As we see an emerging global economic recovery, China and India are continuing to demonstrate resilient growth and remarkable transitions as their respective economies and markets develop. Industry commentators have suggested that Australia’s apparent stability during the recent global finance environment was due to the economies of China and India.
Two speakers will examine China and India respectively, addressing the immediate impact these two economies have on countries like Australia. They will consider key issues that will impact on the client organisations that engage professional services firms. Key issues include purchasing power, regulatory reform, government stimulus and in/outbound investment.
This informative session will suit marketing, business development and communication specialists in all professional services firms, along with practitioners seeking to broaden their understanding of these important economies and the opportunities they present to you and your clients.
