As research now consistently demonstrates, marketing is the key driver of firm performance. However, within professional service firms, there is confusion between the differing roles of marketing and business development. In addition, as functions, they are often considered to be back office and hence there is a fundamental disconnect between Marketing & Business Development and fee-earners. This seminar, by drawing on examples, will identify the key roles of Marketing & Business Development and how they can be more closely integrated with what revenue earners do to enhance overall firm and client value.
