Minter Ellison is a top tier South Australian law firm with a reputation for excellence in client services and innovation in the market. We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Business Development team.
The successful applicant will have a business/marketing related Degree with 3-5 years experience in client relationship/management and proposal writing.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the key account management process including coordinating account teams and sector teams
- Developing and implementing tailored client relationship strategies
- Supporting the service teams strategy development and performance management
- Preparing responses to Request for Proposals including tenders and value propositions
- Developing and producing client focused marketing materials
- Creating and maintaining Minter Ellison CVs and web profiles for all professional staff in the Adelaide and Darwin offices
- Assisting in the integration of systems based solutions for CRM
- Competitor and business analysis
- Website content coordination for the SA/NT offices
In addition you will possess the following skills:

- High level of organisation and ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Graphic design skills
- Implicit attention to detail
- Provide quick turnaround times to complete work and meet deadlines.
The role will be strategic and the person will need to be able to take responsibility for strategic planning and implementation of key 'go to market' initiatives and (in part) the deliver of a formal performance management system.
They will need to operate within the guidelines of a clear strategy and be able to work autonomously.
The person will need to be able to work & converse at Partner (senior mgt) level to deliver value both internally and externally at that level.
The role is a blend and it will require the ability to work very cohesively with a broader BD team and a wide range of practice teams.
Effective communication and the ability to think strategically are critical elements.
