One of Australia’s leading law firms, known to encourage high achievement as well as work/lifestyle balance, now has a tremendous opportunity for an energetic, experienced and service-focused communications professional to join their highly regarded marketing team.
 
This key role, reporting directly to the Head of BD and Marketing, will be pivotal in shaping  the firm's integrated marketing communications strategy and direction to position the firm for further growth and success in its defined target markets and sectors.
 
As Communications Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting to maintain the integrity of the firm’s brand and building the profile of the firm through the development and execution of effective communications plans, activities and materials, internally and externally and online.  A key focus of this position will be to drive awareness of the firm’s expertise and partners and so help achieve increased market share, growth and profitability through various communications channels, including strategic and informed input into the tender process.

To succeed in this exciting role, you will be communications, business or marketing degree qualified and have a proven track record in a corporate marketing environment, with a focus on communications. You will have at least 5-6 years experience in a communications  role in a sophisticated service environment, ideally professional services.  You must be comfortable in a marketing environment and thrive on communications' responsibilities.
 
The successful candidate will have experience in communications planning and project management, and will, of course, have impeccable writing skills.  A demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness in written communication, personal confidence, flexibility, team oriented attitude, ability to work effectively in a partnership environment and tenacity will ensure your success in this role
