Our client is a leading climate change and sustainable development company providing world class strategic, technical and financial solutions for all carbon related issues. With 15 offices in 12 countries across the world, they are able to provide solutions for the public and private sectors, in the developing and developed world and across all the stages of the carbon management process.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Marketing Communications Manager to work directly with the CEO to develop and deliver a marketing communications strategy for the firm. Amongst other things the key deliverables for this role are :
- Plan, develop and produce new business, client and shareholder marketing materials, including corporate brochures,newsletters, e-newsletters, DVDs, etc.
- Write position messaging to support delivery of company strategy
- Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials, including creative and novel marketing programs
- Maintain and develop relevant areas of public, client and internal consultant websites/intranet; keep content fresh and updated in coordination with the outside webmaster/IT team
- Produce the annual report
- Provide support to the firm’s public relations program, to include internal and external publications (e.g. newsletters, client alerts, greeting cards, etc.) that enhance public awareness of the firm
The client has had success in hiring from Australia/NZ in the past and is keen to review resumes of any candidates who are on their way to London and who are keen to enhance their marketing career. In particular they are seeking a candidate with good knowledge of trends and best practice in marketing communications in a professional services environment. The role is offered as a 6 month contract initially with scope to develop.
