Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team supporting our Energy, Mining and Industry (EMI) Group in our Brisbane office.
 
The Senior Proposal Coordinator’s role is to develop winning and compelling proposals by developing the non-technical sections and coordinating all technical, financial, marketing and strategic inputs by liaising and engaging with key contributors across the EMI business group. You will be accountable for managing the submission process and assisting strategy development in conjunction with the nominated Proposal Manager. You will also support other Proposal Coordinators within the group and manage proposal workload across the team.
 
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong experience in coordinating proposals and tenders and have a qualification in marketing communications, journalism or similar. You will have a minimum of 6 years experience with a minimum of 2 years in a professional services environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure while maintaining control, strong project management skills with high attention to detail. Your ability to influence, engage and build trust with others will be key to succeeding in this role as well as your ability to successfully mange your time and workload.
 
Some interstate travel may also be required in this role.
