You will be responsible for executing strategies and programs consistent with the Oceania Brand Strategy, Strategic Programs and Client Programs portfolios’.  You will have an active leadership role in the Adelaide marketing team and will work closely with the Regional Programs Director, the Adelaide leadership and business development team.  

Responsibilities include:

• managing the Adelaide marketing team
• determining marketing goals and objectives that support the firm’s business strategy in Adelaide
• implementing Oceania marketing plans and initiatives for the Adelaide market and accounts
• effectively aligning Adelaide programs and resources to the Oceania model
• aligning sponsorship, hospitality and brand programs with the Oceania strategy
• facilitating relationships with external organisations and associations to support reputation and relationship objectives for the Adelaide office
• facilitating media opportunities for the Adelaide practice in local mainstream news media in collaboration with national strategic communications team

You’ll have experience in strategic planning along with tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations or a related discipline.  Your strong leadership skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders will contribute to your success. Experience within a professional services or business-to-business environment will be highly regarded.
