One of Australia’s premier professional services firms is seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager to support Client Relationship Partners by developing and implementing robust strategic client account plans.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of nominated clients.
  • Coaching Client Relationship Partners on the delivery of marketing, networking, negotiation and pursuit activities.
  • Managing client relationships across practice groups nationally.
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers of nominated clients.
  • Preparing client reports, including analysis and interpretation of financial data.
  • Conducting client reviews.
  • Assisting with tenders and capability statements.
  • Developing and implementing smaller client and sub-account plans.


To apply, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate previous success in professional services business development, sales and account relationship management.  You will have an understanding of CRM principles and practices in a service delivery environment.  You will have demonstrable success in performing well against targets for nominated accounts.  You will also be skilled in the preparation and analysis of client reports.
