Blake Dawson, a top tier national law firm with a growing presence in Asia Pacific, is seeking a Tender and Pitch Coordinator to join its marketing team. This is a critical appointment in view of the firm's ambitious growth agenda and enviable record of tender and pitch wins. The successful candidate will play a key role in indentifying tender opportunities, project managing tenders and working on client presentations.
Reporting to the National Tenders and Pitch Manager, and working closely with Melbourne partners and marketing team members, you will be responsible for producing profiling and bid material including tenders, pitch documents, practice area capability statements, brochures and firm credentials. We are proud of our industry best practice bid process and the quality of our marketing documentation that attracts regular praise from the firm's clients. We achieve this by combining a commercial outlook with a strong service focus grounded in excellent internal relationships. And we enjoy working together.
To be considered for the position you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, communications or another related discipline.
- Demonstrated research, writing and editing skills.
- An ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain focus under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and work streams.
- A strong desire to be part of a collaborative and cohesive team.
