Our client is a well respected professional services firm which is now looking for a Bid Manager to manage and be the firm’s central point for bid management. Working with the marketing team and practice groups, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching, project managing and writing tenders and proposals, professional profiles and other marketing collateral
- Assisting with the development of improved systems and processes to support the firm’s bid management
- Facilitating and participating in key client team meetings
- Advising and educating the business on best practice
- Preparing bid teams for client presentations.
To apply you will be tertiary qualified and have at least 2-3 years bid experience, preferably gained in accounting, engineering, property, not-for-profit, design, architecture or similar.
You will also have very strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid project management abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and take ownership of the firm’s bid process.
