Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join their Pursuits team in both Sydney and Melbourne.  The primary purpose of these roles is to manage key sales proposals for the firm across all industry groups and business lines.  Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising and educating the business on best practice for successful outcomes.
• Facilitating proposal meetings providing guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Advising on the writing and editing of proposals as well as some delivery.
• Producing and delivering high-quality proposals to firm best practice whilst meeting client objectives.
• Project managing the pursuits process.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of sales methodology.
• Coordinating oral presentations.

To apply, you will be tertiary qualified and have at least 3-5 years’ relevant business development, sales or marketing experience including experience in bid coordination.  Experience in professional services will be highly regarded with experience in other matrix organisations also being considered.  You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong project management abilities.  Importantly, you must be used to taking an advisory approach when dealing with senior stakeholders.  Enthusiastic and talented BD Executives hoping to specialise in bids will be considered.
