A leading player in the provision of professional services on a global scale, this leading firm is seeking to appoint a Proposals Manager to work with partners and senior staff in the account management and proposal stages to establish, drive and manage the overall proposal process for the firms Business Development team.
In this role you will provide strategic input and advice across all elements of the proposals process, including client relationships, solution/proposition development, fee strategy and proposal document and presentation development. You will ensure that high quality and efficient proposal processes are run, leveraging proposal process best practice and focusing on developing and presenting tailored solutions that meet the client’s needs.
You will present with a strong understanding of competitive proposal processes, a strong commercial acumen necessary to understand clients’ businesses and needs, and to understand aspects of fee development and strategy. You will possess the ability to develop strong working relationships with people across all levels and divisions of the firm the ability to coordinate and manage input from numerous partners and senior staff from across the firm, as well as managing the impact that the numerous stakeholders have on the proposal process.
Experience will have been gained in professional or financial services or a large corporate environment. A track record of winning or assisting to win large business opportunities and experience in coaching/facilitating or training in high pressure situations, particularly with senior managers and staff.
