Due to the firm's continued commitment to growth across the business, an opportunity has arisen for a graduate or experienced coordinator to join our well-established Business Development and Marketing team. Reporting directly to the BDM Manager, you will be an integral resource for the BDM team and the legal practice groups they support. Your primary responsibility will be the management of data held on the firm's client information systems in addition to providing ad hoc assistance to the BDM team.


You will have the opportunity to work across a range of tasks including:

 

  • maintaining and updating client information
  • generating and producing client lists and reports
  • conducting market research
  • ensuring data integrity through regular system maintenance
  • offering technical support for CRM queries
  • assisting with annual conferences and events
  • supporting the BDM team in a range of capacities

 

Working closely with the BDM team, in particular our Data Analyst, your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data you are managing. You will ideally have recently graduated from a business-related degree and/or have previous experience in working with CRM or other data systems.
