An international player in the provision of professional services, this dynamic and forward thinking international accountancy practice seeks to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their Sydney Business Development and Marketing function.

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing & Business Development, this role provides high level strategic advice on a national basis with regard to the following: managing the bidding process; advising on key client relationship management; coaching bid teams on client interaction; coaching on presentation delivery; and managing an established team of marketing and business development professionals.

To be successful, you will be tertiary qualified and have relevant experience in a professional service firm.  You will have a strong understanding of the sales cycle; the ability to persuade, influence and challenge in a constructive manner and; to identify appropriate solutions.  Additionally, you will possess the ability to translate the firm's service offering into key benefits.  You will have demonstrable previous success in managing bids and have a strong understanding of commercial drivers.
