The Senior Marketing Manager of our Financial Services Office will be responsible for developing the sector’s Oceania marketing strategy and programs.  As a senior member of the Client Programs team, you will also be responsible for contributing to whole firm initiatives and programs.  Reporting to the Client Programs Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working together with the Client Programs and Financial Services leadership teams to develop an integrated marketing strategy and programs.
  • Working with geographic marketing teams to deploy Financial Services Office programs in their markets.
  • Implementing and sharing best practice marketing processes within the firm.
  • Managing the Financial Services Office marketing budget.
  • Leading the Financial Services Office marketing team and effectively managing their performance and career development.


To succeed in this role you will need to have a very good understanding of Ernst & Young’s business and the competitive market in which the firm operates. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders in the firm. Your superior strategic planning, marketing communication and people management skills will be supported by a solid track record of project delivery.  Experience in professional services or a B2B marketing environment is essential.
