As a Marketing Manager for our Tax practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marking strategies and programs. You will work closely with various leaders within the business ensuring that marketing programs are aligned to business priorities and market leadership aspirations.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  •  Working together with the Marketing and Tax leadership teams to develop and implement integrated marketing programs.
  • Project managing events, sponsorships and other brand building activities.
  • Facilitating thought leadership projects through development, research, writing/editing, production and leveraging activities
  • Liaising with Ernst & Young’s global and local marketing community to contribute to cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Coaching and developing members of the Tax marketing team.
  • Implementing and sharing best practice marketing processes within the firm.

To succeed in this role you will have a good understanding of the competitive market in which Ernst & Young operates. You must also have strong teaming skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the firm.

Your superior marketing communication and project management skills will be supported by a solid track
record of project delivery. Experience in professional services or a B2B marketing environment is essential.
