A unique opportunity to act as a Business Development Coach for a leading law firm presents for a highly experienced and credible business development professional keen to maintain a high profile position but on a permanent part time basis of 3 days per week.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will act as a trusted adviser and coach to partners in the Melbourne office. You will develop and execute partner coaching workshops to promote a practice group wide, market leading approach new business pitches, client relationship management and client development.  In this role you will work towards becoming a highly regarded model of business development best practice.
 
You will present as a credible and engaging individual with an in-depth understanding of coaching and mentoring senior level stakeholders. You will possess a high degree of energy and gravitas and have an exceptional track record as a strategic Business Development leader.  Further, you will possess a tertiary qualification in marketing or a business-related discipline along with business development, relationship management, marketing or related experience.  A successful track record in supporting key client account management gained in a professional services environment is essential, as is your attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.  You are an engaging leader, mentor and coach to those you work with.  Importantly, you thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments where growth and change is expected and harnessed.
