An opportunity presents with one of the world’s most highly regarded law firms as a Global Proposals Manager for the Asia Pacific region. A high profile position leading and developing a competitive proposal function in a fast paced market the rest of the world is looking towards.

Reporting to Business Development and Marketing Director for Asia you will be responsible for leading the firm’s proposal process for strategic pitches across the Asia Pacific region. You will work with partners to assess proposal opportunities, decline opportunities and assemble bid teams. You will coach partners, lawyers and marketing professionals around all aspects of pitch best practice, conduct tender debrief meetings and feeding back key points to the business to facilitate further learning and development. You will also drive the implementation, maintenance and support of the proposal infrastructure tool.

To be successful, you will be degree tertiary qualified in business, marketing or communications and have at least 6 years’ relevant experience gained in a law firm, accounting firm or an international consulting business. You will have demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining proposal infrastructure processes and hands on experience in proposal development. You will confidently present your ideas around innovative delivery of key messages to partners and have the natural ability to manage expectations and deadlines seamlessly.
