Reporting to the National Bid Manager, the main focus of the role is to project manage bids and tenders on a firm wide basis. In addition, there will be an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting initiatives within the firm’s Property and Planning and Workplace Relations practice.  There will also be ample opportunity to work with the BDM team to help design and implement firm wide and local BD opportunities and work on the aspects of the marketing mix more broadly.

To succeed in this role, you will be a degree qualified in either business/marketing/communications or a related discipline.  You will have a track record of at least three years in a business development or marketing environment with some level of experience in bid and tender project management.  Although not essential, experience of working within a professional services environment would be highly regarded.  What is essential is a willingness to learn and develop, and to contribute to the significant growth of the firm.  In return you will work in a collaborative, team focused environment where your ideas are encouraged and listened to.

 You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, first rate organizational skills, enjoy working on several projects in parallel and be able to maintain focus whilst under pressure. Excellent writing and  project management skills are a must, and  flexibility and focus are a given.
