We like to win as you will see from our many awards! We are looking for someone who is committed to growing our business and managing two business development executives on the journey. As a Business Development Manager your role will be responsible for working closely with the Department Leaders to support the business development activities of each practice as well as managing the systems, processes and protocols relating to the preparation of winning proposals/tenders/bids and capability statements.
We are strongly committed to client service at Bell Gully. It goes without saying that you will need a good understanding of the NZ business environment and will be keen to know what makes our clients and prospective clients tick. The role requires someone who is resilient and not afraid of some long hours to gain rewarding results.
You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and have five years experience working either as a lawyer or in communications, marketing or business development in the professional services, financial services industry sectors or the public sector. You will also have significant hands on experience in proposal development, writing and managing proposals and tenders.
