The URS Perth office is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Senior Marketing Coordinator in the coordination, development and implementation of specific Western Australian and Australian wide marketing programs and marketing performance reporting for the region. The role also includes supporting staff, business development programmes and systems. The role is a 7 month, part time contract with flexible working hours.

Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will work with the Marketing team, and senior group leaders to develop initiatives that promote URS in a consistent and effective manner.

Your responsibilities will include; 

• Supporting the team in coordination and execution of marketing programs and events
• Assisting and coordination of key proposals ensuring URS is marketed in a consistent manner
• Newsletter and promotional material coordination, copy writing and distribution
• Event management including seminars, conferences, corporate hospitality and internal events
• Undertaking external client feedback and producing reports for management
• Providing administrative support including, updating marketing databases (membership, client and project databases) and venue and catering bookings

A Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business and previous 4 – 6 years experience in a professional services company would be highly regarded. You’ll have excellent communication skills along with a solid local knowledge and understanding of the Perth marketplace. You will be self motivated, proactive and can work without supervision and be adaptable to different technical disciplines.
