Minter Ellison is one of the largest law firms in the Asia Pacific region with a local reputation for excellence and innovation in client services.  Reporting to the Director, Business Development, we are currently seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our dynamic Business Development and marketing team.


The successful applicant will ideally have a professional writing/business related Degree with 2-3 years experience in business development and professional writing.


In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, writing and refining the firm’s tender responses, including all aspects of tender planning, coordination, completion and delivery.


This role will see you work closely with a national tenders team and play an integral role in helping us maintain and win some of Australia's leading legal project work for blue-chip corporate clients.


You will be the point of contact for the Adelaide partnership and Business Development team for all tender requests, as well as working with your colleagues interstate on national projects. This role will include: 

  • formulating and delivering a consistently high quality tender service to the firm
  • advising partners on appropriate tender/proposal strategies
  • writing, editing and project managing commercial solutions based tender submissions
  • identifying, qualifying and researching tender opportunities for the firm
  • capturing and maintaining project and credential information in established systems
  • creating and maintaining Minter Ellison CVs and web profiles for all professional staff in the Adelaide and Darwin offices, and
  • assisting the national team with information gathering for major directories, legal media and relevant industry awards.
