Right now we’re looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Transport Clients and Markets team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing proposal scheduling and planning
• Assisting to write non-technical sections of proposals
• Assisting with proposal editing
• Assisting to continually improve the proposal management process
• Ensuring the proposal management process aligns with business procedures
• Assisting with the development of marketing materials to support proposals
• Collaborating with and engaging staff to ensure timely completion of technical inputs

The successful candidate will posses:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain control
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• The ability to influence and engage others
• A results orientated focus
• The ability to develop credibility and trust, particularly with clients
• An innovative and creative approach
