An opportunity presents for a highly experienced Proposals Specialist to join an established, high performing, international leader in the provision of professional services as a Senior Manager within their highly specialist National Proposals Team.

You will lead multifunctional operational and front line teams on key proposals and opportunities. You will provide coaching through all stages of the proposal process - research, scoping strategy, proposal development, orals and debrief processes. In addition to individual proposal opportunities, you will work on specific projects to substantially improve and evolve the capability and quality of pursuits. You will manage key stakeholder relationships with industry leaders, markets councils, line of Service leaders and the business development community.

You will present with extensive proposal management and business development coaching experience gained in professional or corporate services.  Further, you will possess a tertiary qualification in marketing or a business-related discipline. You will have successfully managed internal stakeholder relationships and will understand the pressures of working in a partnership environment.
