A rare and very exciting opportunity awaits a commercially astute, highly experienced and energetic marketing and BD professional to take this prestigious, innovative and growing boutique law firm to the next level.  Whilst a background in professional services marketing is essential, a strong background in client relationship management and business development is also required.

A healthy balance of keen strategic thinking and operational flair are necessary to effectively manage the marketing and business development function, which spans the marketing mix and includes marketing planning, marketing communications, events, website, brand management, PR/media  and  proposal management.

Experience in increasing revenue through a variety of business development initiatives will be very highly regarded, as will experience in managing key client programmes including client reviews and service improvement initiatives.

Excellent influencing skills (both internal and external)  and the ability to work effectively within a partnership structure as well as sound leadership and mentoring skills are  key, as is  the ability to demonstrate commercial astuteness, good analytical flair, very sound attention to detail and  financial aptitude in terms of budget management and control.  

This role offers a generous salary package, the opportunity to work 4 days per week as an option, a very supportive and friendly environment ,  and  the opportunity to shape the firm’s future direction through perceptive and commercially savvy marketing and BD activities.

Tertiary qualifications are essential, as is experience working in the accounting or legal industries in a business development or marketing manager level or above for a minimum of three years.
