We currently have an exciting opening for a proactive, efficient and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator. Reporting to the Business Development Manager your key responsibilities will include the qualification of new business opportunities and project management of tenders through to submission and presentation.
You will:
- Track and report on Bid activity
- Coordinate and manage input from various contributors
- Copy write for, edit and proof read bids
- Work with bid teams to finalise quality of submissions
- Prepare bids for submission
- Create and design concepts for pitches
- Report on and recommend strategies for ‘e-delivery’ of data to clients
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers; print, design etc.
- Provide support to the broader Business Development and Marketing teams as required
This position will suit a highly professional and organised individual with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The successful applicant will be degree qualified and also have:
- Proven track record of experience in Bid Management and Writing,
- Graphic Design skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively through all mediums at all levels both internally and externally
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
