The Sydney Marketing Manager will work with the Northern Region Marketing leader to implement the firm-wide marketing strategy via programs designed to build brand, reputation and relationships specifically in Sydney.  

Some key responsibilities include: 

• Implementing Sydney marketing plans and initiatives for the Sydney market.
• Effectively driving the Eastern Region Entrepreneur Of The Year program with support from the senior marketing coordinator.
• Driving marketing programs targeting the Strategic Growth Markets sector in the Sydney market.
• Leveraging the National Alumni and NED programs to enhance our brand and reputation.
• Working with the Northern Region Marketing leader and Markets and account teams to ensure marketing programs are leveraged effectively across priority Sydney accounts.
• Working closely with peers across the Oceania marketing team to deliver outcomes particularly around national programs that involve the Sydney market.
• Implementing and sharing best practice marketing processes within the firm, and applying Oceania best practice marketing processes.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong teaming skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders in the firm.  Your superior project management and marketing skills will be supported by a solid track record of project delivery.  Experience in professional services or a B2B marketing environment is essential.
